We have two positions available for a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs. These roles are term-time only and may be suitable as a job-share opportunity.

About the role
- Support individual children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day-to-day basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised curriculum.
- Work closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets.
- Support the child’s personal care and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care Plans and undergoing any relevant training.
- Lunchtime supervision is included in this post.
- Flexibility is welcome, including flexible hours or job-sharing options.
- There is a possibility for progression, for those interested, in taking an additional role of assisting to manage SEND.
