The Role

As an Early Years Teacher within our Trust, you will be a champion for early communication and literacy.

You will prioritise speech and language development, giving children the tools to articulate their feelings and ideas.

Recognising that learning to read is one of the most powerful tools we can give a child, you will place high importance on early reading, equipping our youngest learners with the confidence and joy needed to thrive.

You will also understand that education is a shared journey.

You will actively engage in our extended transition process, champion home learning, and utilise our EYFS online platform to build strong, celebratory partnerships with parents.

This role is full time working on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027.
