Role Responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
• Work as part of a team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team
• Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors
• Embrace team effort and take pride in achieving common goals
• Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share with the team
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
