To provide exceptional levels of customer service to all customers. Merchandise, promote, and sell all products to end consumers. Meet all sales targets and store objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
2. Promote and sell products, achieving sales targets.
3. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about new ranges.
4. Assist in store security and loss prevention measures.
5. Handle transactions responsibly, including cash and card payments.
6. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
7. Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
8. Participate in training and team briefings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and retail.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred.
• Flexible with shifts and working hours, including late nights and special events.
• Experience with international customers and multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Strong focus on exceeding KPIs and sales goals.
