We are seeking a dependable and style‑savvy Key Holder to join our team and play a vital role in supporting store operations and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Role Overview

As a Key Holder, you will be a trusted member of the Atrium Menswear team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store in the absence of senior management. You’ll support daily operations, open and close the store, and deliver the exceptional customer service and brand presentation that define the Atrium Menswear experience. This position is ideal for someone with prior retail experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Handle cash management, register balancing, and banking when required.
• Maintain store security and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support stock control, deliveries, and inventory processes.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience at all times.
• Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations tailored to each customer.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and maximising upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for men’s fashion.

Team Support

• Support the Store Management team in supervising and motivating the sales team during shifts.
• Lead by example in upholding the Atrium Menswear service standards and brand presentation.
• Assist in training new staff members and helping to build a confident, sales‑focused team.
• Ensure that visual standards are consistently maintained across all areas of the store.
• Support floor changes, window displays, and seasonal promotions as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience (at least 1 year), ideally in fashion or menswear.
• Experience as a Key Holder or in a position of trust/responsibility preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales ability and a genuine passion for men’s fashion and styling.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable handling cash and store keys.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
