Plant Dewi is seeking a Strategic Manager for the Carmarthenshire Family Centre Network. You will act as a confident ambassador for Plant Dewi, supporting a network of family centres and strengthening services for families in poverty within an open access framework.
You will line manage centre managers, coordinate training and ensure quality across centres, while reporting to the Plant Dewi Family Support Manager and working in collaboration with Carmarthenshire Families First/Flying Start
