We are looking for people to join one of 3 homes based around Pembrokeshire. At St. David’s ASC, we create a therapeutic, stable and nurturing home for children and young people aged 8–18 who have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioural challenges, or difficult life circumstances. Set within the beautiful landscapes of Pembrokeshire, our homes offer a safe, structured environment grounded in a therapeutic approach. About the Role

As a Therapeutic Care Worker (TCW) at St Davids ASC, you will play a vital role in creating and sustaining a child-centred, therapeutic environment. You’ll support young people to grow in all areas of their life whilst promoting their emotional stability, safety and overall well-being to help them reach their full potential. This is an important and rewarding role with our children and young people at the very centre of our approach.
