Administrator / Accounts Assistant

Cardiff City Centre

Full time, Permanent

Salary – Minimum wage

Hours of work 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch

Our busy Client is looking for a motivated administrator with a willingness to learn to join their team!

Essential Skills

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills
  • Experience assisting with maintaining office supplies
  • Strong numerical aptitude, will be shown accounts
  • Experience of working well within a Team
  • Experience carrying out ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Keen eye for detail

Role and Responsibilities

  • Carrying out office Administrative tasks
  • Carrying out banking and taking payments (training will be provided)
  • Opening and closing files for the team
  • Maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office never goes without
  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks – Taking urgent post to the post office
