Teaching Assistants – St Damian's

Hours: 32½ hours each week, term time Monday to Friday.

Work under the guidance of the SENDCO, teachers and senior staff. Raise learning and attainment of pupils, promote independence, self‑esteem and social inclusion. Provide assistance to pupils to access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience achievement. Work in classroom and outside the main teaching area. Previous relevant experience desirable but not essential.
