About the role...
Join our Online Retail Team and help support the Hospice by providing excellent customer service to our online customers. In this varied role, you will research and list donated items for sale online, pick, pack and dispatch orders, track deliveries, and respond to customer enquiries. Working alongside staff and volunteers, you will help ensure the smooth running of our online retail operation.
We are looking for someone with retail or warehouse experience who is organised, adaptable, and customer focused. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your e-commerce skills while making a valuable contribution to the work of the Hospice.
