This is a fixed term post until 16th July 2027. 31.25 hours per week, term time only. We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school nursery.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in Education or Children & Young People
  • Experience of working with children with a range of abilities/needs
  • A commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to contribute to planning, monitoring and assessment of pupils; assisting the class teacher
  • The ability to work together with and support team members and children
  • Be resilient, flexible, patient and the ability to work under pressure
