St Cuthbert's Catholic High School is looking to appoint a creative, talented, and motivated Support Assistant to join our successful learning support team. We are seeking someone with experience of supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, and with a genuine passion for helping young people progress, achieve, and develop confidence in their own abilities.

As part of the learning support department, you will play an important role in enabling pupils to access the curriculum, overcome barriers to learning, and experience success in all aspects of school life. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and colleagues across the school to ensure that every boy receives high quality, personalised support that helps him reach his full potential, academically, socially, and emotionally.
