Salary: £50,676 per annum
Location: Auton, Sunderland
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible over a 7-day rota.

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has management experience working in a children’s home for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Reporting To The Directorate You Will Be Responsible For:
- Directing, organising and overseeing the operations of the home, and ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Assessing, evaluating and informing best practice in relation to social engagement and empowerment for children and young people.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the staff team, creating a person-centred culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Management experience within a children’s residential setting.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding and experience of Ofsted regulation.
- Inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
