We are looking to recruit a senior residential care officer to join our dynamic and committed team working with children and young people based in Newcastle. Through individual practice and effective management, you will provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, happy, healthy, and able to develop, thrive and fulfil their potential.

Experience of direct work with children and young people, in a residential setting, with complex emotional and behavioural needs as well as working knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children is essential. Ideally, you should possess a Diploma level 3 in Children and Young People or an equivalent qualification.

Hours of work will be 37 hours per week over a 7-day rota basis including sleep-in duties.
