Job Overview
We are looking to recruit experienced care professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding care and support to adults living with a range of complex disabilities. Our Alan Shearer Residential service is a specialist home offering residential accommodation for adults living with profound and multiple disabilities, offering longer term, safe and nurturing care and support. Working closely with families, individuals and care professionals we develop care plans that complement day‑to‑day life, encouraging people to experience new opportunities through a structured, person‑centred approach in a safe environment.
