Drake House is a purpose‑built supported living complex, comprising of 15 self‑contained apartments designed for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, some of whom may also have mental health conditions, including those relating to alcohol and addiction.
Our team work closely with the people we support, their families and healthcare professionals to create an environment where every individual is respected, valued and given the opportunity to live as independently as possible within their own homes and reach their personal potential.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have previous experience of working with mental health services and or substance misuse. In addition, they will be committed to providing a high‑quality service, focussed on developing people’s social and practical living skills.
We do operate a no smoking policy.
