Salary: £13.85 per hour (plus sleep‑in allowance of £80.00 per sleep‑in and enhanced overtime rate).
Welcome Bonus: up to £350.
Location: Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Hours: Full and part‑time roles available over a 7‑day rota with day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to tenants in developing essential life skills for independent living.
- Assist tenants with daily life skills, such as home care, shopping and cooking.
- Encourage community engagement and support tenants to maintain friendships and interests, building confidence and self‑esteem.
- Communicate effectively with those you care for.
Qualifications
- Patience, a can‑do attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (mandatory if not already held).
