The predicted salary is between 13.85 - 13.85 £ per hour.

Salary: £13.85 per hour (plus sleep‑in allowance of £80.00 per sleep‑in and enhanced overtime rate).

Welcome Bonus: up to £350.

Location: Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Hours: Full and part‑time roles available over a 7‑day rota with day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to tenants in developing essential life skills for independent living.
  • Assist tenants with daily life skills, such as home care, shopping and cooking.
  • Encourage community engagement and support tenants to maintain friendships and interests, building confidence and self‑esteem.
  • Communicate effectively with those you care for.

Qualifications

  • Patience, a can‑do attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (mandatory if not already held).
