We are looking for an energetic and highly organised School Administrator to serve as part of our school office team. As the first point of contact for our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting an educational environment where every child can thrive.

This post demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, good inter-personal skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately while under pressure.

  • Recording pupil registration
  • Assisting with enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and visitors to the School
  • Assist with support for school activities and trips, including organising bus hire/travel for trips/outings
  • Assist with processing school meal transactions, on a rota basis
  • Cover Junior School and Senior School reception as required
  • Fire drill duties
  • General office duties, including reception cover, typing, mail, and meeting set-up
  • Additional duties as delegated by the School Secretary.

Holiday entitlement: eight days of customary holidays and five weeks' paid holiday. It is expected that this leave will be taken during school closure periods.
