Prospero Teaching is working with a secondary school in Auckland that is looking for a Registered English Teacher .

The position commences at the start of Term 3, July 2025, and is a permanent role. The teaching responsibilities will cover Grades 8-12.

The school offers an engaging learning environment and a supportive team, fostering an enjoyable working and learning atmosphere.

They seek a personable, engaging, and committed teacher who will immerse themselves into school life.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Education, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
• Eligibility to work and teach in New Zealand
• Received or in the process of applying for NZQA (New Zealand Qualification Authority) registration
• Received or in the process of registering for EC15 (Education Council)
• Willingness to undergo a new Certified Criminal Record Check
• Ability to provide two professional teaching references from the last two years
