Massage Therapist - The Health Club, 180 The Thames
Are you a massage therapist who treats every session as a craft, not a checklist? The Health Club, 180 The Thames is a five star luxury health club, soon to be launching, attached to St. Clement in the heart of the 180 quarter. Spanning three floors and overlooking the Thames, we’re looking for an exceptional therapist to join our wellness team as part of an exciting new project, led by Nick Jones.
About the role
You’ll deliver a range of massage and bodywork treatments to a discerning membership base, working alongside our wellness and Three Bells (top tier membership) teams to create seamless, elevated experiences. This isn’t a volume driven spa role. It’s about genuine skill, presence, and care.
What you’ll do
- Deliver high quality massage treatments (deep tissue, sports, relaxation, and specialist modalities)
- Conduct thorough consultations to tailor each session to the member’s needs
- Maintain immaculate treatment room standards and equipment care
- Build lasting relationships with members, understanding their wellness goals over time
- Collaborate with the broader wellness team, including our quarterly wellness assessment partners
What we’re looking for
- Recognised massage therapy qualification (e.g. ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a premium spa, club, or clinical setting
- Excellent communication and a genuine passion for member care
- A polished, professional manner befitting a luxury environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
