The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1600 £ per month.
Contract 30-37 hours per week, all year round (Part time hours and flexible days could be considered for the right candidate). Core Hours of Work: Lunchtime to 6:30‑7pm daily in term time and more flexible hours in school holidays.
We are looking for a practical, reliable and enthusiastic Site Assistant to join our friendly site team at ST Clares School, a vibrant special school. Our school buildings and grounds are very busy and well used, so we need someone who is able to carry out repairs and decorating, with a broad range of trade and handyperson skills to keep the site safe, functional and welcoming. You will report to the Site Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- You will support with caretaking, security, routine and reactive maintenance, and minor repairs across the whole site.
- The role is varied, active and hands‑on, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently and as part of a team, and taking pride in their work.
