St Clare's, Oxford is a vibrant international school offering the International Baccalaureate curriculum. We are a co‑educational sixth form college for day and boarding students in beautiful north Oxford. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, with an equal emphasis on hard work and encouraging personal responsibility. We are currently seeking a Head of Boarding to lead our boarding community. This is a Head of Department position within our Further Education stage. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the welfare, development, and pastoral care of our boarding students while fostering a positive and safe living environment.

- Bachelor Honours Degree or equivalent professional experience
