St Clare's, Oxford is a vibrant international school offering the International Baccalaureate curriculum. We are a co‑educational sixth form college for day and boarding students in beautiful north Oxford. We are currently seeking a Head of Boarding to lead our boarding community. This is a Head of Department position within our Further Education stage. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the welfare, development, and pastoral care of our boarding students while fostering a positive and safe living environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Honours Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience required in boarding life
