The Role

We are looking for a committed leader who will work closely with the Headteacher to deliver our mission. This is a class-based role with weekly dedicated management time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and articulate a clear vision for Catholic education
  • Play a central role in school leadership, development, and faith life
  • Lead the spiritual development of pupils and staff
  • Use data to drive whole-school improvement
  • Inspire excellence in teaching, learning, and behaviour
  • Promote effective partnerships with parents, the Trust, and wider community
  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding and child protection
  • Contribute to strategic planning, governance, and staff performance management
