St Clare Hospice is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Hospice Therapy team in West Essex. You will deliver holistic palliative rehabilitation for inpatients, community and Wellbeing Hub patients, working with a multidisciplinary team to optimise quality of life.
