St Clare Hospice is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Community Hospice Services (Days) to provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care in patients’ homes across West Essex and East Hertfordshire. You will manage a caseload, perform holistic assessments, and work with the Clinical Nurse Specialists and MDT to plan and deliver high-quality care in the patient’s preferred place of care.

The role combines autonomous clinical practice with team support, focusing on symptom management.
