Charity Part Time Assistant Shop Manager – Great Dunmow

Location: St Clare Hospice Shop, 41 High Street, Great Dunmow, CM6 1AE

Salary: £10,190 – £10,972 (based on FTE £25,475 – £27,432), inclusive of a 5% High-Cost Area Allowance per annum.

Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week ( 2 days within a 7- day trading week )

Overview of the role

St Clare Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders.

This is a hugely exciting time to join St Clare Hospice Retail and this is a great role for someone looking to develop their management skills further within a busy charity Retail environment.

St Clare has been trading in Dunmow for over 15 years and a popular shop with local shoppers and donors. We are looking for a creative retailer to work with the current team of staff and volunteers in delivering exceptional customer service to our supporters, donors and customers. You will be diligent in daily compliance across health and safety in the workplace and compliance of Retail gift aid processing to maximise the income at every opportunity.
