Salary: Grade 3 Scale Points 5 to 6 (£25,583 – £25,989) pro rata. Actual Salary £14,068 – £14,291 with no previous service.

All Saints is a highly successful, oversubscribed, 11‑18 Catholic Voluntary Academy within the St Clare CMAT. At the last OFSTED inspection in October 2023 the school remained Good. About the Role

The school would like to appoint someone to work in our busy school office, primarily on the school’s reception, warmly welcoming visitors to both All Saints and Seven Hills Schools (the schools are co‑located on one site) and answering the telephone to parents and external agencies. There is also pupil contact, helping with individual queries. The role will also include some administrative work for a variety of functional areas in the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in the reception area; greet and assist visitors and staff.
  • Answer telephone calls with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide assistance to pupils and respond to individual queries.
  • Undertake administrative duties across various school functions.
  • Use the school’s IT systems and receive training on specific software.
