The Governors and pupils of St John Chrysostom Federation are seeking to appoint two Level 3 Teaching Assistants who will support and promote the vision and values of the Federation, helping us to maintain high-quality education and achieve the best possible outcomes for all our pupils.
The successful candidates will provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional needs, as well as day-to-day classroom support, working closely with teachers and other professionals to enable every child to reach their full potential. These posts would suit graduates seeking valuable experience in a school setting, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have not yet secured a permanent teaching post, or experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to make a real difference within a successful Federation.
St John's Primary School and St Chrysostom's Primary School are part of a federation led by an Executive Headteacher, two Heads of School and a Strategic Governance Body.
