The role offers 22.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis, with salary in the Band 7 range and potential rotation within our team across Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark.
You will provide symptom control and holistic care, support families, and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure dignified end-of-life care.
