We are looking to recruit a Nursery Leader. If you are a great team player with recent experience of working in a Preschool/Nursery setting and you would like to be part of a thriving nursery with a real family feel, make the move to St Christopher's.
We are looking for a Nursery Leader who will be influential in the continued growth at St Christopher's. Working alongside the Headteacher, you will be responsible for the development and growth of staff as well as demonstrating excellent childcare practices. Prior Deputy experience or senior practitioner experience is essential for this role. You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
We are looking for a fantastic Nursery Leader who can:
- Demonstrate excellent practice in delivering the early years curriculum.
- Promote the values of the nursery to all staff, parents, and children.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all staff.
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate records including occupancy to ensure growth and development.
- Assist with training and development of staff to fulfil their potential.
