The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

Salary: £13.34 p/hr

Employment Terms: Flexible working pattern based on a Monday – Sunday 7-day rota.

Location: Croydon and surrounding area (multiple shop locations)

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Store Manager and undertake tasks as directed, or lead in their absence (opening/closing duties).
  • Oversee all areas of the stock journey: sorting, pricing, displaying donations and making a sale.
  • Supervise a team of volunteers, creating a welcoming environment while achieving the store’s objectives.
  • Maintain a varied, daily role, working with new items regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Good experience in a busy, hands-on environment with a fast pace.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent customer service.
  • Retail experience desirable but not essential.
  • Management or supervisory experience advantageous.
  • Strong people skills and ability to lead and supervise volunteers.
  • Problem-solving, work under pressure, self-motivated and driven.

Essential: flexibility to work over 7 days and at different locations occasionally.
