St Christopher's is seeking a Home Manager for our children’s home in South West London to lead a dedicated team and deliver positive outcomes for looked-after young people. You will supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Residential Workers, with support from in-house Therapists and the Academy.
You must hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and be working towards or have achieved the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
