Hours: Full time

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts – 7:45am to 8:00pm

Weekend Work Expected: Every other weekend, with flexibility to cover annual leave

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and support the care team with confidence, compassion and professionalism
  • Champion residents’ dignity, safety, independence and wellbeing
  • Foster a warm, homely and person-centred environment
  • Ensure care is delivered to high standards, following best practice and safeguarding principles
  • Liaise closely with the nursing team for clinical updates, care plans and changes in residents’ health
  • Support staff through mentoring, supervision, guidance and modelling excellent practice
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, handovers and communication
  • Help create a positive culture where everyone feels valued including residents, families and staff
