As a Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support the care team with confidence, compassion and professionalism
- Champion residents’ dignity, safety, independence and wellbeing
- Foster a warm, homely and person-centred environment
- Ensure care is delivered to high standards, following best practice and safeguarding principles
- Liaise closely with the nursing team for clinical updates, care plans and changes in residents’ health
- Support staff through mentoring, supervision, guidance and modelling excellent practice
- Maintain high-quality documentation, handovers and communication
- Help create a positive culture where everyone feels valued including residents, families and staff
