Saint Cecilia’s Care Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Finance Officer who takes pride in precision, loves a varied workload, and enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive finance team.

This is your chance to make a real impact in a meaningful sector, helping support the smooth running of a care group that makes a difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing invoices, payments and supplier accounts
  • Supporting payroll preparation and data accuracy
  • Producing invoices for residents, day care, and funding bodies
  • Handling reconciliations, statements, remittances and reports
  • Maintaining tidy, efficient filing and email systems
  • Supporting residents, colleagues and directors with finance queries
  • Keeping financial data accurate, organised and compliant
  • Providing backup and support across the wider finance team

What We’re Looking For

  • Organised, methodical and detail‑driven
  • Confident with numbers and finance systems (Sage 50/Xero a bonus!)
  • Experienced in administration or finance roles
  • A great communicator – patient, friendly and professional
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Trusted to handle confidential information
  • Highly skilled with IT, Microsoft Office and digital systems

Bonus points if you have:

  • Payroll experience, accounts payable/receivable knowledge, or experience in care, healthcare or a regulated environment.
