St Cecilia’s Care Group is seeking a Wellbeing Co-ordinator for Jubilee House Nursing Home in Whitby to promote residents’ wellbeing through engaging activities and meaningful connections. You will work closely with residents, families, nurses and care staff to keep residents active and involved in daily life.

You’ll deliver one-to-one and group activities, support those with dementia, plan events, and encourage independence and participation while building strong relationships with the care team.
