Our charity shop in Ventnor town centre serves a dual purpose that is central to our mission:
- Creating real-world work experience opportunities for our students to build independence and skills
- Generating vital income to support our specialist environment and educational programs
As our charity shop manager, you will be at the intersection of our retail and educational objectives, creating a welcoming environment for customers while providing supportive learning experiences for our students.
Reports to: Fundraising and Marketing Manager
Hours: Part-time (hours to be discussed)
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine retail expertise with meaningful social impact, directly supporting young people with communication disabilities to develop skills and confidence while generating essential funding for our specialised services.
