Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of the School's extensive events programme. From Open Mornings and Admissions events to alumnae gatherings and taster days, you will help ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally.
Events Planning and Delivery
- Assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of School events throughout the year.
- Coordinate event logistics, including catering, venue preparation, signage, equipment, parking and visitor information.
- Prepare event documentation, schedules, presentations, guest lists, visitor packs and briefing materials.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
- Support the recruitment and organisation of staff and student ambassadors.
- Welcome visitors and prospective families, acting as a professional ambassador for the School.
- Attend and support School events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Gather attendance data and feedback to support post-event evaluation and continuous improvement.
Admissions and Visitor Engagement
- Provide practical support for admissions activities and prospective parent events.
- Ensure all visitors receive a welcoming, professional and positive experience.
- Respond to event-related enquiries and assist with admissions communications and materials.
Marketing and Communications
- Assist with the production and distribution of marketing materials and publications.
- Support the collection of stories, photographs and content from across the School community.
- Proofread marketing communications and event materials.
- Help maintain consistency across all printed and digital communications.
Administrative Support
- Maintain event records, databases and filing systems.
- Manage stocks of promotional materials, visitor packs and event resources.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices and budget administration.
- Prepare meeting papers, reports and presentation materials.
- Provide general administrative support across the Marketing department.

- Photography, videography or basic video editing skills.
- Experience using databases, booking systems or content management systems.
- A marketing qualification, relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
Employment Details
- Salary: Β£30,000 FTE (pro rata according to contracted hours)
- Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week (0.6-0.8 FTE), with exact working pattern to be agreed
- Contract: Fixed-term for two years, year-round position
