St Catherine's Hospice seeks a Chief Executive to provide visible, compassionate leadership across the organisation and work with the Board, SLT, staff, volunteers and supporters to set strategic direction and champion exceptional care. You will be the primary ambassador, developing NHS and system-wide partnerships, influencing locally and regionally, and ensuring the hospice remains a trusted partner within evolving health and social care landscapes.
