HOURS: Full time (40 hours) and Part Time (24 hours) hours will be considered between Monday to Sunday

SALARY: £25,397 - £26,436 (depending on experience) for 40 hours per week Grade RA1-3, plus weekend enhancements of 30%

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Trading Team. We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Operation Assistants to deliver excellent customer service. Supported by our Shop Managers, your key responsibilities will include carrying out day to day activities relating to all operational routines in our shops, including compliance with statutory regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, trading standards, and security of the retail premises.

This hands-on role requires a commitment to high standards and volunteer support. You will have previous experience of working in a customer service environment and have a flexible, enthusiastic approach. Previous retail experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

This role is offered on a full time (40 hours per week) or part time basis (24 hours per week) across Monday - Sunday. The base location is Crawley, but there may be a requirement to travel across the 14 shop locations throughout Surrey and Sussex, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence or the ability to access public transport to travel across our trading locations is required.
