The predicted salary is between 33903 - 38382 £ per year.

£33,903.48 - £38,382.44 per annum for 37.5 hours a week (dependent on experience). Interviews will be held on Wednesday 14 October 2026, please ensure you are available on this date.

About Us: St Catherine’s Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey. The Role: This post is offered on a permanent, full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

About You: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of our new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway. We are seeking a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual who is passionate about service development and improving patient care. This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to the ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre, while working as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team. The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support, helping to shape and enhance our wellbeing services for patients and those important to them.

A Wellbeing Specialist will bring:

  • Confident communication skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, including ability to plan workload
  • Experience and/or qualification in a health or social care setting
  • Volunteer leadership skills
