The predicted salary is between 10328 - 11303 £ per year.
£10,328.38 to £11,303.84 per annum for 15 hours per week, depending on experience, plus 30% weekend enhancements.

St Catherine’s Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey. We provide care in communities across Surrey and Sussex which are richly diverse and we want to reflect that in everything we do. The Role
This post is offered on a permanent, part time basis, working 15 hours per week. These hours are worked Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm.
About You
Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys a varied workload? Would you find it rewarding to work in a fast paced environment and make a difference when it matters most? We are seeking an organised, motivated Advice Line Assistant, with excellent attention to detail skills, time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling calls from patients, families and professionals with sensitivity.
- Providing customer service and administrative support to help operate our 365 day service.
- Keeping accurate records of all calls and ensuring confidentiality.
- Fostering positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues, supporters and the general public.
