A rare, exciting leadership opportunity has arisen to join our Site Services team, at our state of the art hospice in Pease Pottage, home to outstanding care facilities. Are you an experienced Housekeeper with experience of working in Healthcare or Hospitality setting where cleanliness & the environment matters? If you have a passion for supporting an efficient service, supporting patient care, all whilst achieving a positive work life balance, this role could be for you.
We are seeking a candidate who can bring their unique skills, motivate and lead a competent team and ensure our standards of cleanliness and care remain outstanding.
About you:The successful candidate will be a talented Leader, supporting the team in the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective Housekeeping & in-house laundry service. Your leadership & communication skills will lead your team of Assistant Housekeepers ensuring patient & family requirements are met with care and compassion. Supporting our team of Nurses, bringing knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control. High quality presentation and superb attention to detail are key features of this role.
Work Pattern:The post is offered on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. Your normal shifts pattern will be 7.30am to 3.30pm or 11am to 7pm with flexibility given. You also will benefit from an enhanced pay rate for working occasional weekends & bank holidays.
