Responsibilities
- Making telephone calls to supporters who have registered to fundraise for St Catherine’s and find out about their plans and how we can help.
- Logging the calls on our CRM system Donorflex (full training will be provided).
- Making telephone calls to thank supporters after their events to ensure they feel appreciated and valued.
Skills
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills and confident talking over the phone.
- Confident to work on a computer and learn to use new programmes.
