Location: The Mill, St Catherine’s Park, St Catherine’s Hospice.

Role

Chef de Partie – responsible for food preparation and kitchen support across café, events, and hospice kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high‑quality meals in café, event, and hospice kitchen settings.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and kitchen operations.
