We’re recruiting an apprentice chef to join our friendly and professional team at The Mill café and St Catherine’s Hospice. Working 37.5 hours a week on a rota covering five days out of seven, our chefs enjoy more free time and sociable hours compared to others in the industry. You will assist the Senior Chefs on duty with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items, and gain wide experience across the café, our events and the hospice.

  • Support the running of kitchens across the café, events, and hospice.
  • Participate in a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship programme.
