Fixed Term Contract, full-time (term time only plus training days). Salary: £24,796.00 – £25,185.00 (FTE). Location: Beanfield Avenue, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 0AZ. Start date: September 2026. Responsibilities
- Provide SEND support to pupils under the direction of the class teacher.
- Contribute to the delivery of inclusive learning activities to enable learner access to the curriculum.
- Support behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and assess learning and progress.
- Engage in reflective practice and adapt approaches based on current educational research.
