Overview

Fixed Term Contract, full-time (term time only plus training days). Salary: £24,796.00 – £25,185.00 (FTE). Location: Beanfield Avenue, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 0AZ. Start date: September 2026. Fixed Term End Date: 31 August 2027. Closing date: Midday, 10 July 2026. Interview date(s): w/c 13 July 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SEND support to pupils under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Contribute to the delivery of inclusive learning activities to enable learner access to the curriculum.
  • Support behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and assess learning and progress.
  • Engage in reflective practice and adapt approaches based on current educational research.
