- OCR Level 2 Health & Social Care
- OCR Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma
- OCR Level 3 Health & Social Care AAQ Extended Certificate

About the Role
You will teach Health & Social Care across Level 2 and Level 3 programmes, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that develop students' knowledge, understanding and application of health and social care principles. You will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching that motivates and inspires learners
- Support students to achieve excellent outcomes in both examined and coursework-based units
- Develop students' understanding of contemporary health and social care issues and practice
- Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to maximise achievement
- Prepare students for progression to higher education, apprenticeships and careers within the sector
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and high-performing team

Person Specification
