As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking an exceptional senior leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal for Ethos, Inclusion and Student Experience. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, culture and impact across the entire student journey in a thriving, values-led organisation.
Why this role matters: We are offering a market-leading senior leadership role within a highly respected and growing Sixth Form College with a warm, collaborative, principled and ambitious leadership culture, and a highly competitive SFCA L10-L18 salary (assessed on a competency basis). Relocation support package available.

- Lead the College-wide strategy for inclusion, safeguarding, wellbeing and student experience.
- Shape systems and culture so that every student feels safe, valued and able to flourish.
- Play a pivotal role in sustaining and advancing our Catholic ethos and mission.
- Operate at a genuinely strategic level, influencing quality standards, assurance and supporting long-term improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Committed practising Catholic with a strong track record of senior leadership in education, deep expertise in inclusion and safeguarding, and the credibility to operate at the highest level of strategic leadership.
- Values-led, data-informed, and relentlessly focused on impact for young people.
